What we collect

• Your email address — entered at checkout, used only to deliver your course access link and answer your support requests.
• Payment confirmation data — received from our payment providers (IntaSend, card acquirer) to confirm your purchase: transaction reference, amount, and status. We never see or store your card number or M-Pesa PIN.

How it's used

• Delivering the course email (sent via Resend from hello@outerviewpodcast.org)
• Keeping a record of purchases (stored securely in Google Firebase) so we can re-send access if you lose it
• Responding to support requests

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing your data with third parties for marketing
• No newsletters or promotional emails without your consent
• No tracking cookies on this site

Data removal

Want your email removed from our records? Write to outerview.podcast@gmail.com and we'll delete it within 30 days (note: this removes our ability to re-send your access).
